In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement that arise through the use of our services when such claims are submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent as detailed in the notice format below.

If you hold copyright, are authorized to represent the copyright owner, or possess any exclusive rights under copyright law, please submit a report of any alleged copyright infringements occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving a properly submitted Notice as outlined below, we will take appropriate actions at our discretion, which may include removing the content that is being disputed from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if this Notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list of the works in question.
• 2. Identify the material you believe is infringing (or the target of the infringing behavior) and the access to which you request to be restricted, ensuring to include the URL of the link on the Site or the precise location of the material in question.
• 3. Provide your affiliation (if any), mailing address, phone number, and, if possible, email address.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations within the Notice:
• * "I affirm that I have a sincere belief that the usage of the copyrighted material in question is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or the law (such as fair use)."
• * "I certify that the information I have supplied in this Notice is correct and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or an exclusive right that is reportedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or an activity infringes copyright may be held liable.

If you believe that the content we removed (or to which access was restricted) is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or under law to use and post the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where the content appeared before removal or restriction;
• 3. A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the removal or restriction was due to an error or misidentification of the content;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a declaration that you accept the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a confirmation that you agree to accept service of process from the individual who submitted the original infringement notification.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the initial complainant, informing them that we may restore the content or cease the restriction within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder takes legal action against the content provider or user, we may replace the deleted content or lift the restriction within 10 to 14 business days, at our discretion.

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate users who are identified as repeat infringers in appropriate cases and at our discretion. Furthermore, we may restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether such infringement is a repeated act.
